Full responsibility for the hole operation in hotel oriented to Lebanese Kitchen & Restaurant with over 150 places.
Managing the operation which is open for lunch & dinner daily
Cooking for up to 350 covers daily
Also will assist with all C&B functions and cooking Lebanese food for up to 2000 guests
Team of 15-20 chefs in the kitchen
Knowledge of food costings, GP calculations
Can train chefs in cooking all types of Lebanese and other Middle Eastern cuisines
Knowledge of all forms/types of Lebanese cuisines
Fully competent in preparing all meals to religious (HALAL) standards/requirements
Fluent in French and good spoken English
A possibility to an Executive Sous Chef to be promoted to Exec. Chef will be also wellcome
